Conforme cada número é revelado, os participantes marcam aqueles que estão em suas cartelas. É considerado um vencedor aquele que consegue completar uma linha, coluna ou sua cartela inteira. No século XVII começou-se a perceber o valor educativo do jogo, adotando-se medidas menos radicais em relação a ele. Isso fez com que fossem introduzidos e, por vezes, oficialmente regulamentados nos colégios após as tarefas escolares como forma de relaxamento.

Quais os cuidados deve se tomar ao jogar bingo?

Bastante peculiar, esse jogo consiste em puxar uma alavanca e esperar pelo resultado, que poderá significar que você foi premiado ou não, e é bastante simbólico já que remete aos cassinos. É preciso buscar essas experiências bem-sucedidas, adaptá-las e desenvolvê-las para que o jogo não seja usado, no Brasil, como um instrumento de facilitação da lavagem de dinheiro. Em 1946, no entanto, o presidente Eurico Gaspar Dutra proibiu o funcionamento dos cassinos por conta dos “abusos nocivos à moral e aos bons costumes”. Boatos da época diziam que a proibição foi um pedido de Carmela Dutra, esposa do presidente, que era ligada a setores conservadores da Igreja Católica. O objetivo era instituir “normas gerais sobre desportos […]” , mas em seu artigo 57, autoriza entidades esportivas promover bingos. Contudo, em 2004, por conta de um escândalo no alto escalão do governo federal relacionado a bingos , por meio de Medida Provisória n.º 164, tornou-se proibido a exploração de “todas as modalidades de jogos de bingo e jogos em máquinas eletrônicas denominadas “caça-níqueis”, […]” . “O debate fica restrito a questões morais, enquanto no mundo inteiro o assunto é tratado como uma atividade econômica”, afirma Magno José Santos de Sousa, presidente do Instituto Jogo Legal, que defende a legalização.

Se a população da região for menor do que isso, só haverá uma credenciada para a modalidade. O relator do projeto, Felipe Carreras (PSB-PE), estima que legalização das modalidades deve gerar milhares de empregos diretos. “A gente vai trazer luz para o jogo que já existe no Brasil de forma clandestina. O Estado vai depurar, arrecadar e gerar emprego para milhares de brasileiros”, sustentou.

Estudantes do instituto norte-americano de tecnologia calculavam as probabilidades de quais cartas seriam viradas no Blackjack — o jogo envolve apostas para que a soma das cartas não ultrapasse o valor de 21. Com os adornos de flores e frutas pendurados na cabeça, Carmen Miranda era uma das estrelas do Cassino da Urca, estabelecimento com vista privilegiada para a Baía de Guanabara. Estima-se que o Brasil poderá arrecadar quase 6 bilhões de Reais em impostos com a legalização da indústria no país. O jogo patológico é classificado como um transtorno de hábitos e impulsos e causa dependência, já que a atividade libera substâncias químicas que induzem ao vício.
