Quando fazer o transplante capilar?

Assim como no caso deles, o transplante capilar também pode ser indicado para elas, com as técnicas de FUT e FUE, em uma ou mais sessões. No entanto, antes de avaliar se essa é a melhor opção, é importante que o médico avalie o grau das falhas. O transplante capilar baseia-se na redistribuição de fios retirados da área doadora (também chamada de coroa hipocrática) para uma região do couro cabeludo onde há falta deles. Esses exames permitem avaliar a condição dos fios e do couro cabeludo e são importantes para ajudar a encontrar o tratamento mais efetivo para cada caso. A folicoscopia determinará se será necessário um tratamento clínico ou cirúrgico e a gravidade do Polimorfismo, informação relevante caso seja indicado o tratamento de implante capilar. Entre essas causas temos alterações hormonais, menopausa, gravidez e pós-parto, anemia, entre outros fatores que devem ser diagnosticados e tratados clinicamente antes de se pensar em uma cirurgia. Porém na maioria dos casos de calvície causada pela alopecia androgenética, o tratamento mais indicado é o transplante capilar, que irá retirar folículos capilares saudáveis e implanta-los na região afetada.

Quando é indicado o transplante capilar em mulheres?

O paciente poderá retornar às suas atividades já no dia seguinte. A recuperação será tranquila e o pós-operatório indolor, na maioria das vezes. Cuidados para lavar a cabeça e pentear os cabelos no pós-operatório recente serão necessários.

Em caso de tabagismo, o cigarro deverá ser interrompido 15 a 30 dias antes da cirurgia.
