Gengibre aumenta a pressão arterial?

O consumo em excesso de gengibre, de mais de 2 gramas por dia, pode causar sensação de queimação do estômago. Outros sintomas comuns são diarreia, enjoo, dores ou indigestão. Antidiabéticos como insulina, glimepirida, rosiglitazona, clorpropamida, glipizida ou tolbutamida, por exemplo, pois o gengibre pode causar diminuição brusca do açúcar no sangue, levando a sintomas de hipoglicemia como tontura, confusão ou desmaio. Confira outras formas de consumir o gengibre para aproveitar seus benefícios. Retirar o gengibre da xícara e beber o chá em 3 a 4 doses divididas ao longo do dia. No entanto, o alimento pode causar queda na pressão, portanto deve ser usado sob orientação médica.

Para conseguir aproveitar os benefícios do gengibre para baixar a pressão, pode-se consumir até 2 g de gengibre por dia na sua forma natural, ralado ou no preparo de chá, sendo que utilizar essa raiz fresca tem mais benefícios que o gengibre em pó ou em cápsulas. Para aproveitar os benefícios dessa raiz é indicado consumir 2 gramas na sua forma natural, seja ralada ou no preparo de chá. Outra opção para fazer o chá é substituir a raiz por 1 colher de chá de gengibre em pó. Além disso, o gengibre melhora o fluxo sanguíneo por ter ação anticoagulante, protegendo a saúde suco para baixar pressão das artérias e dos vasos sanguíneos. Em um recipiente, coloque a água e o gengibre e deixe ferver por 5 a 10 minutos. Você pode dividir a bebida em 3 ou 4 doses e consumi-las ao longo do dia. Além disso, por ter ação anticoagulante, é capaz de melhorar o fluxo do sangue, protegendo artérias e vasos sanguíneos.
