Impactos do turismo nas culturas locais

Cerca de 9 a cada 10 usuários têm aces­so às plataformas de interação social a partir de dispositivos móveis (KEMP, 2018). 5É notório que a relação das mídias sociais e do turismo já vinha sendo construída há al­gum tempo, principalmente mediante às possibilidades co­locadas pela tecnologia. Mas perante a pandemia, têm-se uma consolidação e difusão de ambientes on line interativos que buscam levar entreteni­mento e estabelecer um vín­culo e contato com o turista, assim como, facilitar algumas transações e consolidar a sua imagem. O turismo cultural pode afetar a identidade cultural local ao promover ou comercializar tradições culturais específicas. Isso pode levar à perda da autenticidade dessas tradições e à criação de uma cultura “turística” distinta da cultura local. O turismo cultural sustentável deve ser planejado e desenvolvido com a participação das comunidades locais, respeitando sua cultura e tradições.

A cidade respira arte e os museus da capital francesa estão entre os mais incríveis do mundo, como o Museu do Louvre, onde moram obras icônicas como a Mona Lisa e a Vênus de Milo, o Musée D´Orsay, com uma área focada em Van Gogh e nos impressionistas, e o Museu L’Orangerie, com grandes obras de Matisse e Picasso. É possível passar semanas conhecendo museus, galerias e centros de exposições pela cidade de São Paulo. Alguns destaques são o Teatro Municipal, a Catedral da Sé, o Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil, o Museu do Ipiranga, o MASP, o Parque do Ibirapuera, o Museu de Arte Moderna e o Museu Afro Brasil, entre tantas outras atrações. Esses locais permitem que os visitantes mergulhem em uma história rica e muitas vezes fascinante de um lugar, aprendendo sobre os povos que o habitaram e as histórias que moldaram a região ao longo dos anos. Assim, é uma maneira de mergulhar em tradições antigas e contemporâneas, aprender sobre a história local, experimentar a culinária, a música e a arte, além de apreciar a beleza arquitetônica e natural da Região.

Todavia, acredita­-se que muitos desafios ainda serão colocados ao setor, e mudanças comportamentais e espaciais poderão ser no­tadas em meio aos planos de retomada. Dessa forma, não se deve desconsiderar as expe­riências proporcionadas pela internet e as mídias sociais du­rante o período de restrição de deslocamentos, bem como as possibilidades que podem vir a ser adotadas a partir deste momento. Nestas platafor­mas interativas o turista avalia e busca informações a respei­to de um destino, compartilha experiências, imagens, e agora pode ter acesso também a visi­tas guiadas. Além disso, o turismo cultural pode ser uma fonte importante de desenvolvimento econômico para as comunidades locais, gerando empregos e negócios que estejam relacionados à cultura, ao artesanato, à gastronomia e aos serviços turísticos. Também deve levar em consideração a conservação do patrimônio material e imaterial, bem como minimizar os impactos negativos no meio ambiente. O turismo cultural funciona pela oferta de experiências que permitam aos turistas conhecerem e vivenciarem aspectos da cultura de uma determinada região ou comunidade. Por essas potencialidades, é capaz de gerar a promoção do crescimento local, o aumento do turismo e a dinamização das cadeias produtivas e atividades econômicas correlatas, geradoras de emprego e renda. Além de reconhecida fonte geradora de riqueza, o patrimônio cultural é ainda testemunho da história e da identidade de um país. A frase é do secretário-geral da  Organização Mundial do Turismo (OMT), Zurab Pololikashvilim, e foi dita durante uma conferência sobre turismo cultural, organizada pela OMT e pela UNESCO.
